Ahmed Gencer
First-year engineering student at Texas A&M University (intended major: Computer Engineering), focused on embedded systems, digital logic, and hardware.
Projects
Mobil-Eyes
Thermal + night-vision driver-assist attachment. Arduino UNO + AMG8833 over I²C, streamed over USB to an in-cabin display.
Digital Electronics
555-clocked RNG (soldered), majority vote, counters, 60-second timer, and a 5-3-2 state machine, all designed in Multisim.
AGV Machine Control
Color-sorting automated guided vehicle. I was the Control Logic Engineer.
CAD & Mechanical
Fusion 360 parts, drawings, and a 4-cam automata; a truss analyzed by hand and in MDSolids, then loaded to failure.
In progress
- Pi-hole network filter: network-wide DNS filtering on a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B. Running; redundancy and monitoring planned.
